Enterprise Confidentiality
Many Front Age engagements involve commercially sensitive operational information rather than large volumes of personal information. This may include operational performance, workforce conversion data, executive discussions, strategic planning and organisational assessments. Accordingly, Front Age's information handling practices are designed to protect both privacy and commercial confidentiality throughout every engagement.
How This Policy Applies
Front Age delivers Workforce Yield™, Workforce Readiness™ and Operational Certainty™ engagements remotely, across multiple jurisdictions. This policy applies to all information Front Age receives in the course of that work — from an initial enquiry through to a completed Workforce Yield Diagnostic™ engagement — regardless of where the client organisation is based.
The Information We Handle
Not all information Front Age receives is personal information, and Front Age does not treat it as though it is. Engagements typically involve a mix of:
- Business information — company details, engagement scope and commercial terms, some of which may constitute confidential business information.
- Personal information — names and contact details of the individuals we correspond with.
- Commercially confidential information — operational data, workforce analytics, executive discussion content and strategic planning material shared in the course of an engagement.
- Operational information — evidence relating to workforce conversion, readiness and capacity, gathered specifically for a Workforce Yield Diagnostic™.
Front Age treats commercially confidential and operational information with the same discipline as personal information, even where it does not meet the legal definition of "personal information" in a given jurisdiction.
Designed to Minimise What We Need
Many Front Age engagements do not require employee personal information at all. Initial enquiries and Workforce Yield Diagnostic™ discussions are generally scoped around operational evidence, not individual employee records. Where personal information is required for a specific engagement, Front Age collects only what is necessary for that purpose.
Confidentiality Agreements & Secure Evidence Exchange
Front Age does not sell, rent or commercially disclose client information.
Before receiving detailed operational information, Front Age will, where appropriate, enter into mutual non disclosure agreements, client confidentiality agreements, or secure evidence exchange arrangements. These are established on a case-by-case basis, scoped to the sensitivity of the information involved.
Protecting Client Information and Front Age's Intellectual Property
Confidentiality runs in both directions. Front Age protects client-provided operational and commercial information to the same standard it protects its own proprietary frameworks — Workforce Yield™, Workforce Readiness™, PEP™ and Operational Certainty™. Front Age does not disclose its diagnostic methodology, assessment logic or scoring approach to any party, including clients, as part of standard engagement delivery.
Data Retention & Secure Disposal
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver agreed services, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests. When no longer required, information is securely deleted, destroyed or de-identified where appropriate.
Security
Front Age applies administrative, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information it holds. No system can be guaranteed entirely free of risk, and Front Age does not represent its systems as absolutely secure — but Front Age maintains information security safeguards proportionate to the commercial sensitivity of enterprise engagement information.
Information Security Incidents
If Front Age becomes aware of an incident involving personal information, it will respond in accordance with applicable legal obligations and its internal information security procedures.
International Services & Information Handling
Front Age delivers services internationally and may work with trusted technology and service providers operating in jurisdictions other than Australia. Where information is handled outside Australia, Front Age applies safeguards consistent with this policy, regardless of where that handling occurs.
Compliance
Front Age complies with applicable privacy and data protection legislation relevant to the jurisdictions in which it operates or delivers services. Front Age is headquartered in Australia and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where applicable to its operations.
Website Technologies
Front Age's website may use standard technologies — such as cookies and analytics tools — to support website functionality and understand how the site is used. These technologies do not collect commercially sensitive engagement information.
